Due to the potential danger during services performed at Evolve Esthetics (such as Dermaplaning with a surgical blade, Chemical Peels, etc.) and the potential risk for injury, children under 12 are not allowed in the Evolve Esthetics studio, under any circumstances. Children under 18 are permitted, as long as they are receiving a service, while under parental supervision only. Clients that bring their child(ren) to a scheduled appointment will be denied services and will be charged a 95% non-refundable cancellation fee. No exceptions.

Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time (BEFORE the day of the appointment) will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment total. Appointments canceled on the day of the appointment will result in a 95% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment total. Cancellation fees are non-refundable. If your card on file is declined, you will be required to pay the 95% cancellation fee before you are allowed to book another appointment or you may be banned from booking future appointments with Evolve Esthetics, LLC.

Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered late. This will result in shortened services and may result in cancellation of the appointment. Appointments that are canceled due to lateness will be charged a 95% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment total. No-calls/No-shows, or clients that do not come to their scheduled appointment without notice, will be charged a 95% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment total. If your card on file is declined, you will be required to pay the 95% cancellation fee before you are allowed to book another appointment or you may be banned from booking future appointments. Evolve Esthetics reserves the right to ban clients that repeatedly arrive late for scheduled appointments.

Clients that cancel and/or reschedule an appointment more than 2 times consecutively will be banned from online booking. A 75% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be required for all future appointments. Evolve Esthetics reserves the right to ban clients that repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments.

Emergencies are at the SOLE DISCRETION of the owner of Evolve Esthetics, LLC and will be determined on a case by case basis.
